Worked in hotel kitchens and Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, France, and currently works in the kitchen of a French restaurant in Gaienmae.
He started working at Mickey House as soon as he came to Japan, and even after he quit, he often comes to visit us, so I'm sure many people know him!

So-called cheap wines are certainly easy to drink and well-balanced, but wines in the higher price range have their own reasons for their prices. This time, Mr. Fujisaki will select wines with different characteristics from various regions in Bordeaux. The first two glasses are included in the price, after which you can purchase a variety of wines by the glass.
