Jan 6th (Sun) Galette des Rois party
[Japonaise] In France, it is customary to eat a cake called Galette des Rois at the public festival on January 6th. This cake has been lined up in bakeries since December and has become an important French custom. Recently in Japan, it has been sold at department stores such as French Patisserie. (It's very small and expensive...) There is one ceramic miniature called Fave hidden inside, and the person who finds it wears the crown. From such a custom, it is called “Galette des Rois” in the sense of “King's Galette”. Let's enjoy delicious cakes made by authentic French people with French people♪
